Mondays I am teaching reformer pilates at Pilates on the Prairie studio This is not considered clinical pilates and is not billed at PT . It’s a community class ! Come and check out the brand new studio . Register for a learn series beginning March 16th. details on my web page.

Wednesday Clinic day at a new location ! Online booking is not available yet. Please be patient and check back after March 15th for details.

Fridays Community and virtual This requires manual booking via email: contact@jenniferduncombephysio.ca

I will be away and not able to respond to concerns from March 30 -April 02, 2026.
